Blessings in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Today, while I was praying, I asked the Lord if He wanted to say anything to His people, and He kept bringing the country of Chile to mind and inviting me to review the things He had shown me about that country.
For example, in December 2023 I had prophesied that severe fires were coming to Chile, and in February 2024 we saw that prophecy fulfilled. That month there were severe wildfires in which more than 130 people died.
Immediately afterward, I held a live intercessory prayer session for Chile. During that broadcast, the Lord warned that after the judgment by fire, a judgment by water was coming, and I saw rain, storms, and lightning over Chile.

It’s astonishing how clearly and directly God speaks in these last days, and yet people refuse to believe. Even many children of God keep saying that God no longer speaks today, that there are no more prophets, that no one prophesies these days, and so many other lies.
God speaks and warns about the judgments that will come upon the nations of the earth because of sin, so that if people repent and make things right with Him, these judgments can be reversed or at least lessened.
Everyone needs to know that there is a God who dwells in the heavens and who still speaks today and warns about what is coming because He loves people and doesn’t want them to perish, but to turn away from their sins and turn to Him so they can be protected from these catastrophic events.
And what we’re seeing in the news from Chile right now is staggering: mudslides and floods that show us how the judgments by water the Lord announced are coming to pass. Let me share some of the information that has been published.
Severe storms had already affected ten regions of the country in July and August of this year. With El Niño developing, an intense atmospheric river fueled those rains, which left at least 15 people dead, thousands affected, and tens of thousands cut off. Coquimbo and Atacama were among the hardest-hit areas, and estimates at the time suggested that losses could exceed 750 million dollars. During those same months, there was also a waterspout over Lake Llanquihue, a tornado in Ñuble, and heavy snowfall in La Araucanía.
And now, in October, the rains have caused destruction again. On the 8th, a mudslide swept away dozens of vehicles, left six people injured, and affected more than 2,000 homes in San Carlos de Apoquindo, in the foothills of the Andes near Santiago. A few days later, an unusual hailstorm and thunderstorms flooded streets, parking lots, and homes in various parts of the Metropolitan Region. There was also an avalanche in the Andes a few days ago.
And the bad weather continues: more weather fronts, thunderstorms, and possible landslides are expected. That’s why a precautionary weather emergency is now in effect in Chile, with a red alert in some areas.
God loves His people and announces what is to come, as the Bible says:
[Isaiah 46:10] declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure
Back in February 2024, God clearly warned of what was coming to Chile, and today we are seeing many of the things He announced happening one after another. And the Lord continues to speak so that everyone is warned.
But the Lord is also showing mercy, because there are people crying out, asking for mercy, and fasting in response to what He is showing.
God isn’t showing these things only through watchmen like me; He also speaks to His people personally through dreams, words, and visions, because He cares for His people and makes sure to warn them so they can prepare, pray, and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance on what to do when these events reach their region.
Chile needs to prepare for a tsunami that will flood its coasts, for an earthquake, and for more fires. Right now I’m seeing buildings collapsing, forests burning, and water coming in and flooding the Chilean coasts.
Chile is being purified, says God. What is happening and what is still to come is a consequence of so much sin, of so much idolatry, of following false gods, of praying to images of saints, of so much witchcraft, and of the rituals that have been performed in Chile.
Noelia: The Lord tells me that Chile will be flooded and that the recent mudslide is a warning of the water that is coming, as well as a sign that God is cleansing the country and purifying His people in Chile.
Pray, little ones, says the Lord. Pray, because more is coming. Pray, because the people are rising up against their president. Pray, because there are plans to remove José Antonio Kast from the throne where he sits. Pray, because they want to remove him from power by force.
Noelia: Some time ago, the Lord announced through me that France would face a crisis, and today we’re seeing the people rebelling against Macron’s government. And the Lord is now showing me that something similar is brewing in Chile and that a political storm is coming to that nation. That’s why physical storms come first, because the Lord speaks through nature.
Chile is suffering judgments because of the sin of its inhabitants, and at the same time God is using those events as a prophetic sign. Some things happen first in the physical realm but later unfold in the political realm, affecting the government and its leader.
God tells me that they want to remove the Chilean president by force, like chopping down a tree with an ax. There is a plot to remove him through popular uprising and political opposition before his term ends.
The Lord reveals these plans so that His people will pray and intercede for José Antonio Kast, because He is the One who placed this man on the throne of Chile.
I see Kast’s throne shaking and teetering. God warns that more shaking is coming to the throne of power in that country so that His people will intercede and ask for stability for Chile.
And now I see all of Chile ablaze. This means that more fires are still coming, but also that the people are fired up and unrest is brewing in their hearts. People want to take to the streets to protest against their president.
The Holy Spirit’s instruction to Chileans is to ask for stability, to ask for time for José Antonio Kast to finish what he was sent to do in Chile.
Pray for him to have political strength and be resolute in his decisions, says God. Pray for a stable throne.
Noelia: I want to make it clear that I have no personal interest in who the president of Chile is. As a citizen, I’m affected by everything happening in Latin America and the rest of the world, but I have no interest in the left or the right, or anything to do with politics.
Right now I’m here as a messenger from heaven to tell you what God wants to say to you, rather than give you my own opinions. Whether you like it or not, whether you accept it or not, I will say what He wants me to say and share with you how He sees things.
It’s the Lord who is telling His Chilean intercessors to support their president to prevent a coup and keep him from being forced out of power prematurely, because a popular revolution is brewing in Chile.
But this can be stopped if that army of intercessors, who are receiving the same warning from God these days, gets on its knees, cries out to God, groans, and intercedes for its president, for the opposition, and for the political leadership.
Pray for the president of Chile to stand strong and hold his ground, to become firmly established on that throne and finish the tasks the Lord entrusted to him for his term in office.
Pray for stability among the people, says God. Pray to calm the waters and prevent this revolution, because the enemy would be very happy to see Chile destabilized.
Noelia: This is happening just as a union I already told you about is taking shape in South America. I said that the governments of various Latin American countries would shift ideologically, moving from the left to the right, and that’s what we are seeing in most of them.
This is a shift God is bringing about. It’s not that the right is holy or perfect, but that during this time God is using these right-wing government leaders as tools to fulfill His purposes in Latin America, regardless of their flaws and the things they do right or wrong.
During this time, the right is serving as an instrument through which God is establishing His Kingdom in Latin America, and Chile is part of that plan. But the enemy is coming to oppose it, to keep Kast from becoming part of that southern union.
The Lord says that Chileans are angry and tired. Chileans want to rise up, demonstrate, and express what’s in their hearts. Violence is brewing among those who want to go out and protest, like a pressure cooker that is getting hotter and is about to explode.
God is showing what is brewing so that His people will cry out about it, because the foolish won’t cry out. Unbelievers won’t groan. Worldly people, those who don’t know Jesus as their Savior and don’t follow Him, won’t do the work that God’s people are supposed to do.
Therefore, if the born-again Christian community in Chile doesn’t raise the incense of intercession to the level needed to counteract this, asking forgiveness for the sins of its people and watching the back of the king God has placed in that country, the enemy’s plans will go ahead, and Chile’s reputation will suffer in Latin America and among other nations of the earth that want to take advantage of that weakness.
Cry out, little ones, says God. Cry out.
Noelia: The Lord shows me that He is revealing this to many of you through dreams in which you see the people rising up and learn of plots against the president and false accusations that will be made against him. And He is showing you all of this so that you will do something with what you receive.
Intercede, says God, and do not stay asleep.
Noelia: This is a red alert for Chile, on both the weather and political fronts, because there are those who want to destabilize that country.
Be active, says God, and form intercessory prayer groups for Chile. Do not fall asleep, and do not just sit there criticizing your government leaders.
Noelia: Pray for them, because it’s our duty to intercede for government leaders.
[1 Timothy 2:1-2] I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
Praise be to the Lord. Chile, the Lord loves you.
God says that Chile must guard and strengthen its borders, safeguard its natural resources, and not let itself be bled dry in that area.
I see natural resources flowing out of Chile like water, but the Lord tells me they shouldn’t be flowing out. It’s as if the country were dissolving, as if its water were leaking away and benefits meant first and foremost for its own population were being lost.
God says this is also an instruction for its government leaders and its president: turn off the tap that is letting those resources drain away, and don’t allow the resources Chile needs to go to other countries.
Pray about this too, says the Lord. Pray for Chile to safeguard and retain its natural resources and use them for its own benefit first.
Noelia: As God has already said several times, each nation must safeguard and protect its natural resources, and we must pray about that, because wolves from outside are coming to take them away, to exploit them unfairly, when those resources are there to bless that region first, not outsiders. And right now God is repeating the same thing to me about Chile.
Now I see Chile’s flag stained with blood, and I think it’s another warning. When I prophesied about France, I saw its flag stained with blood, and the Lord said a crisis was coming to that country, and today we see those terrible protests.
There is a similarity between what is happening in France and what is brewing in Chile. And I hear the same words every time the Spirit speaks to me about Chile: popular uprising, protests.
So bring this before the Lord in prayer so that what is brewing might be stopped. If you follow the Spirit’s guidance, the Lord will show you even more about how to intercede for your nation.
We bless Chile and pray for its peace in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
