After I shared a word for Peru<\/a> two months ago, the Lord told me to keep praying and interceding for Peru along with my intercession groups, and He gradually added more details to that prophetic word.<\/p>\n\n

When the Lord gives prophetic revelation, He usually does so in parts, like a puzzle that He puts together little by little, until the whole picture comes into view and the person receiving those revelations can fully understand what the Lord wanted to reveal.<\/p>\n

[1 Corinthians 13:9<\/a>] For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The Lord told me that Peru is great in His sight, even though it is geographically small and many people consider it a small country, and He also told me that Peru has a very large population relative to its territory.<\/p>\n\n

God showed me Peru as He sees it from His throne, and I saw it as great, because God doesn\u2019t measure nations as we do. To Him, the number of people who live in a nation is more important than the size of its territory.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that many look down on Peru and fail to recognize its true worth because they measure this nation by a human yardstick that has nothing to do with His yardstick.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord also told me that He has many of His people there and that this increases the value of the nation in His sight.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that precisely because those who live in large countries look down on Peru, He will glorify Himself through this nation and use it as an instrument of light and revival in the end times.<\/p>\n\n

In a vision, I saw two skies over Peru: one below, which was cloudy, and one above, which was clear and sunny. This means that even though the skies over Peru are cloudy today, a future filled with light awaits this nation, and that future will come through the intercession of God\u2019s people for Peru.<\/p>\n\n

This is a word of hope for the nation of Peru, which will first be shaken but will then be lifted up.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me again that a powerful earthquake is coming to Peru, just as it did in Venezuela and Colombia, and that this will be a sign of the cleansing He is doing in that nation. The Lord is working in a similar way in these three nations, and you will first see further popular uprisings and natural disasters.<\/p>\n\n

When you see these things come to pass, you need to understand that the hand of God is cleansing and shaking that nation so that whatever needs to fall will fall, so that change will come, so that Peru can be revived and the necessary work can be done there, and so that after these judgments, the cloudy sky will clear and the glory of God can be seen in Peru as never before.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that Peru is a fundamental piece of the prophetic puzzle of the last days, and this ties into a subject He has been speaking about extensively through me: Latin America will play a very important role in the last days. I saw an hourglass being turned over, which means that nations that are on top will go down, while nations that are not considered important now will rise.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord will surprise the world because He will lift up and use countries that have been looked down on. Third-world countries will become first-world countries before the end of all things, and first-world countries will fall. God will reverse many things, and the world will no longer be the same.<\/p>\n\n

The world will continue to change, as will the prominence of many nations, and this will lead to tremendous waves of migration from Europe and Asia to the Americas. Many people who had to leave their countries in the Americas will also return.<\/p>\n\n

Things will not remain as we know them now. We will have to throw away our globes and political maps of the world because the borders and even the names of some countries will change.<\/p>\n\n

As for Peru, God showed me that mining in that country will expand and science will advance. I saw scientists making important discoveries and science taking on far greater importance than it has now.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord also showed me that new mineral deposits will be discovered, something I\u2019ve been speaking about<\/a>, and that this will give Peru a very important role in the end times.<\/p>\n\n

I saw that this material progress will be accompanied by an astonishing spiritual movement. I saw a spiritual hurricane in this country\u2014a tremendous revival in which the Holy Spirit was moving like the rushing mighty wind described in chapter 2 of the book of Acts.<\/p>\n\n

The powerful earthquake coming to Peru and everything that will happen form a prophetic picture of the spiritual shaking that is coming upon that nation for its good.<\/p>\n\n

I saw that many Christians today are like dry trees and need to drink from the waters of life. They are Christians who have been baptized in water, go to church, and even serve the Lord, but they haven\u2019t received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Lord told me that He will move powerfully in Peru and that these people will experience the baptism of the Holy Spirit like a rushing wind that will even enter through their mouths.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord reminded me of my own testimony<\/a>. When I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire, it was like a wind that entered through my mouth and filled my whole body. I physically felt an intense fire coursing through me from head to toe and burning for a few moments, until the experience began to fade.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that in the revival coming to Peru, many will have experiences like mine and that He will bring a spiritual movement similar to the one described in the book of Acts, with children of God praying in the streets for the healing of many people and the Church walking in the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in 1 Corinthians 12.<\/p>\n\n

Right now, only a few brothers and sisters in Peru are walking in the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit, but what is coming is a wave of the Holy Spirit. I saw it as a spiritual hurricane moving powerfully over all of Peru, reviving the people. People were turning to God, receiving the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, and preaching with power.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that the Church in Peru needs to take advantage of its freedom to preach and act, and that now is the time to step out of its four walls and prepare for this move of the Holy Spirit that will soon come to that nation.<\/p>\n\n

God told me that Peru has material and spiritual potential that Peruvians are not yet aware of. Hidden resources in Peruvian soil will be discovered, and the same thing will happen in the spiritual realm: the children of God there will discover potential they never imagined they had.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord wants to use them powerfully. That\u2019s why the cleansing must come first\u2014a cleansing that has already begun and will continue. That\u2019s why Peru must first be shaken. That\u2019s why many trees there must first be uprooted. That\u2019s also why cleansing must first come to the house of God, because God has an important plan for this nation.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that the Church in Peru needs to begin interceding, and some are already doing so. The Lord is calling many to intercede for Peru, and they don\u2019t understand why they feel such a strong burden to intercede, but the revelations I\u2019m sharing in this message will give them greater clarity.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord told me that the Church needs to pray for Peru\u2019s self-esteem, because Peru generally underestimates itself and values itself less than God does. For the most part, this nation sees itself as being below its actual or potential standing and doesn\u2019t measure itself by the same standard God uses.<\/p>\n\n

That\u2019s why the Church in Peru and all those who intercede for Peru need to ask the Lord to bring healing to its self-esteem and sense of self-worth, as well as healing from past traumas. They also need to pray and intercede to break the curses that have been spoken against this nation and reclaim territories that witches have taken over because of so much sin, so much witchcraft, and so much worship of created things.<\/p>\n\n

I\u2019ve already spoken extensively about Peru\u2019s sin, but today I want to speak more about what God wants to do with this nation, so His people can understand that God holds it in His hands and has plans for it, and thus gain greater clarity in their intercession.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord will call many Peruvians who have gifts of prophecy and revelation to go out and reclaim territories in the spiritual realm, pray for territories, bless cursed territories, and anoint certain places that are now occupied by the enemy but that God wants to use for His glory.<\/p>\n\n

God showed me many prophets and many prophetic people in Peru spiritually taking possession of territories, and He told me that His people need to intercede for the revival that is coming to that nation, for the coming of the Holy Spirit, and for the Church to believe in these spiritual gifts that God wants to give His people there, so that the Church can manifest the power of God not only within its four walls but outside them as well.<\/p>\n\n

The Church needs to seek and long for the manifestation of the power of God, because the Lord already has His plans for Peru in place, but the intercessor must bring them into fulfillment on earth, building those spiritual structures through intercession and fasting.<\/p>\n\n

The Church needs to prepare for what the Lord is saying He wants to do with Peru by forming prayer groups for the nation, for its leader, for its politicians, for its economy, and for the natural resources that will be discovered there.<\/p>\n\n

The Church needs to intercede for what God wants to do in that country to be fully manifested, for all of Peru\u2019s material and spiritual potential to be fully developed, and for everyone to see what Peruvians are capable of doing in every area of life. And to know how to do this, the Church must seek strategies and direction from the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n\n

The Lord also told me that the Church needs to intercede for Peru\u2019s borders to expand, because Peru will expand spiritually and its geographical borders will expand as well. I had the sense that spiritual expansion will come first and territorial expansion afterward, or that both might even happen at the same time.<\/p>\n\n

One last point I want to share with you is that the Church must intercede for the country\u2019s president, Keiko Fujimori. The Lord has already spoken<\/a> about her, and we can see some of the tendencies God warned of in that message reflected in the first decisions she has made, especially when it comes to enforcing order and making changes.<\/p>\n\n

The Church needs to intercede for her to remain within democratic limits, because she has dictatorial tendencies that the enemy wants to exploit so that, over time, the good that God wants to do through her government will become evil and the people will end up oppressed by excessive order.<\/p>\n\n

I saw soldiers in the streets and a tendency to resort to repression. The people of Peru need to pray that God gives their president the balance she needs, and that the institutions designed to keep presidential power in check help restrain her decisions, so that her dictatorial tendencies do not gain the upper hand to the extent the devil wants them to.<\/p>\n\n

I am warning about these things so that if the people of God repent on behalf of the rest of the nation, pray and fast, this won\u2019t come to pass to the extent that it otherwise could if God\u2019s people are lukewarm and don\u2019t do what they need to do. The Church has a responsibility toward its nation, and the Church needs to intervene to thwart Satan\u2019s plans for it and to cause the kingdom of God to come upon that nation.<\/p>\n\n
