Translated from Spanish
The following is a translated and edited transcript of the original video in Spanish, starting from timestamp 17:25. Some fragments have been rephrased to improve conciseness and eliminate the inevitable verbosity of the spoken language.
I first share with you a prophetic word I received on February 9 and published in written form on my YouTube community, Facebook page and Telegram channel under the title “My children, guard your emotions. Man’s state of mind will get worse.” The following is the prophetic word:
Beloved and precious children of the Most High God, times of confusion and depression are coming. Man’s state of mind (emotions, emotional state, morale, mood, feelings, disposition) is going to get worse as the world descends into a state of deep darkness. My people, DO NOT FALL ASLEEP, AND GUARD YOUR EMOTIONS, because your enemy will try to disrupt My people’s state of mind so they fall into deep depression and thus be bound by him, for things will become more and more confused, and those who are not focused on the end goal, EXERCISING CONTROL OVER THEIR EMOTIONS, WILL BE SHAKEN. “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” (2 Timothy 1:7)
After I published this prophetic word, the Holy Spirit gave me a few keys on this topic of emotions, and right now He is revealing to me different types of sins that God’s people commit that have to do with emotions. Some sins are obvious and easy to recognize, such as fornication, adultery, vices, drug addictions, smoking, etc. But there are other sins that are not that easy to recognize by those who haven’t reached a certain level of spiritual maturity or who lack knowledge of these things.
The Bible says (Hosea 4:1) that “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge,” and in this time what the Father desires is to refine His people, the church. He is teaching and revealing things that are ready to be understood in this time.
Many talk about well-known sins, such as those mentioned before and many others, which are very easy to recognize and of which most people are well aware of. However, while ministering to God’s people together with my husband, the Holy Spirit revealed to me that there are hidden sins, which not everyone can openly see but which are there and are stumbling blocks for God’s people and open doors for the enemy to destroy the lives of Christians, sins involving emotions, such as anger, sadness, anxiety, cares, sins that we normally overlook.
The Bible talks about these things, but we don’t take the time to study them. We don’t take the time to read what the Bible says we need to do with our character. We don’t take the time to think if we are sinning, if we are falling into any of these things. That’s why in this time the Lord is using various ministers to speak, to get deeper and with more precision into the things of God.
The prophetic word I quoted above says that times of confusion and depression are coming, and that man’s state of mind is going to get worse as the world is descending into a state of deep darkness. The Bible says in Matthew 24:12 that iniquity will multiply and the love of many will grow cold. And as love grows cold and iniquity multiplies, people’s emotions will also be affected. This is already happening, but it’s going to increase in intensity and will get worse and worse, and people’s characters will change more and more.
Those who live in wickedness will become more wicked, and those who live in righteousness will become more righteous. If one doesn’t exercise self-control over his emotions, these emotions will begin to run like a wild horse, and the one riding it will fall. The one who exercises self-control over his emotions will have weapons with which to defeat the enemy.
The Holy Spirit is warning today about these things. Among God’s people anger is a very delicate issue. It is a widespread issue. There are Christian homes that are full of strife, that are full of sadness, full of depression, of guilt, of envy, of jealousy, and of all kinds of negative emotions. Because these emotions are not brought under the control of the Spirit, they are laying mines in your home. In this prophetic teaching the Holy Spirit will be speaking about this, alerting you, warning you, urging you to check all the doors that are open in your life in the area of the emotions.
The Lord spoke to me many times about the dense darkness that is descending over the earth, which is like a thick dark mantle that is taking over the world. There are various degrees of darkness and it’s going to get denser and denser. As this dense darkness begins to cover the earth, people will tend more toward depression, toward violence, anger, rage, madness. We God’s children will be in the midst of this storm of uncontrolled emotions, and those who don’t learn to take control of their character won’t be able to endure the tests that are coming over the whole world.
I’m seeing in a vision right now how this dense darkness is descending over the earth, and as this is happening, unclean spirits, demons enter people, those people they have a legal right to enter, those people who open the door to the enemy. And these unclean spirits, once they enter these people, become more and more powerful.
For example, among the spirits of anger, there are spirits that have less power and spirits that have more power. There are various ranks within the spiritual army of evil. There are various kinds of demons, various kinds of evil spirits, and right now I’m seeing in a vision a ranking of the spirits of anger, increasing in power and strength from mild anger to uncontrolled rage.
The Holy Spirit is now revealing to me that the demons that are being released in this time and that will be released from now on will be more and more powerful, and these spirits, of anger for instance, will be higher and higher in rank. Likewise for the spirits of depression, sadness, suicide, addictions and so on. The various kinds of spirits released by Satan will be more and more powerful as the days go by in these end times. These will manifest themselves in the vessels they enter, and we who will be on the earth will see this tremendous manifestation. People will literally “lose it.”
After giving me the prophetic word I quoted before, the Holy Spirit told me that it is of paramount importance that we take control of our emotions and don’t let them run like a wild horse. Many times, while ministering to various people who have anger issues for instance, I was able to see the spirit of anger in them and it was in the form of a red horse. I’m not saying that every spirit of anger is in the form of a red horse, but that it was the Holy Spirit who represented it to me that way, as a red horse full of energy, a red horse that cannot be tamed. On one occasion the Holy Spirit told the person I was ministering to, “Take hold of the reins of this horse. Don’t let him do what he wants. Set him limits.”
I repeat what the Bible says: “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” (2 Timothy 1:7) The Bible also says: “A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” (Proverbs 25:28) These are amazingly powerful scriptures. And also: “Whoever is slow to anger is better than a warrior, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” (Proverbs 16:32)
The Lord is now saying: It’s hard to find a man who rules his spirit. It’s hard to find a woman who has self-control over her character, over her emotions.
Some may tell me: But Noelia, it’s not bad to get angry, it’s not bad to be sad. That’s true, because emotions are part of the human constitution and in itself there is nothing wrong with them. There are emotions that are legitimate or justified and emotions that are not. We can see it in the Bible that the Lord Jesus Himself got sad, that He got angry.
We read in John 11:33-36 in the context of Lazarus’ death: When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who had come with her also weeping, he was deeply moved in his spirit and greatly troubled. And he said, ‘Where have you laid him?’ They said to him, ‘Lord, come and see.’ Jesus wept. So the Jews said, ‘See how he loved him!’
The Lord wept, but it was a legitimate emotion, a controlled emotion, an emotion that didn’t last longer that what was appropriate for that occasion and didn’t linger long enough to cause damage. That emotion was not a sin, because the Bible says that the Lord never sinned. But we see that he did weep.
In Mark 3:3-5 we read: “And he said to the man with the withered hand, ‘Come here.’ And he said to them, ‘Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm, to save life or to kill?’ But they were silent. And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, and said to the man, ‘Stretch out your hand.’ He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.”
The Lord was angry and grieved, saddened at their hardness of heart. That was a legitimate anger and sadness, anger because of sin, sadness because of those people’s hardened hearts.
We can then see that emotions themselves are not the problem. What the Holy Spirit wants to say is that we must take control over our emotions. The Bible says (Ephesians 4:26): “Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.” It doesn’t say, Do not be angry. It doesn’t say, You are not allowed to be angry. It doesn’t say, You are not allowed to be sad. What it says is that we must keep our emotions under control. Don’t allow this horse to go farther than he should. Rein him in and don’t let him run around wildly. That’s the image I’m seeing right now as a representation of uncontrolled emotions.
I’ve been focusing on anger so far because it’s the clearest example and because in my personal experience as a minister I saw that the most damage is caused by anger, sadness and depression. The damage they cause is not only in the life of the person who lets them run freely, to the point of causing sickness and even death, but also in the lives of those around that person who doesn’t take control over these emotions.
I’m seeing right now that there are women who have a lingering sadness that has been with them for years. This is not a legitimate sadness. It’s not a sadness caused by some event that made you feel sad, which can help you to shed the tears you have inside and be cleansed. It’s not a sadness that lasts for a little while and is followed by healing. It’s an extended sadness that is deep inside you.
And the Holy Spirit wants you to know tonight that, even though you may find it difficult to accept, that this is a sin. My sister, my brother, I’m bringing this message for your own good, because the Lord cares about you and loves you, and He wants to show you what you cannot see. Praise the Lord for this.
Through my ministering experience and through revelation, I’ve seen that men tend more toward anger when they have problems or don’t know how to handle a certain situation, whereas women tend more toward sadness, but this is not a general rule. The reverse can also be true.
What I’m seeing right now are women who have allowed sadness to enter so deeply that it now permeates their bones and is causing osteoporosis. This is what the Holy Spirit is showing me this moment. Sadness can enter our lives because of various reasons, through various channels, through various situations.
It can start from the moment we are conceived in our mother’s womb, though the transfer/impartation of a spirit of sadness from the mother who already had it when she was pregnant because she had gone through very sad moments and didn’t know how to handle them, didn’t know how to process those situations, didn’t know how to shut the door to that spirit of sadness. This is one way such spirits can enter.
Another way is through situations that happened in your life and which you didn’t know how to process. You didn’t know how to let that situation run its course and come to an end so that the legitimate sadness you felt could serve its purpose. Instead, you allowed that sadness to continue longer than it should have and got used to it, possibly opening the door for a spirit of sadness to enter. Once that happens, it’s much more difficult to be delivered, but not impossible.
The Holy Spirit is showing me right now and is emphasizing concerning these women who are filled with sadness, that such sadness can sometimes cause medical conditions in the bones and in the muscles. Fibromyalgia, for instance, has much to do with sadness, with depression, with lack of self-esteem and self-worth, with not feeling appreciated, with all these kinds of spirits that typically work together with the spirit of rejection.
In Proverbs 17:22 the Bible says: A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. This is one of the scriptures that illustrate what the Spirit is confirming to me today. The same way a joyful heart is good medicine for your body and your soul, a sad heart makes sick not only your soul but also your body, and contaminates everything around you.
The Holy Spirit is now saying that if this is the case with you, you need to study these things more deeply in the Scriptures so you can become more aware of what the Lord is revealing to you today. If you understood what He wants to tell you and if He confirmed it to you in your spirit, if you feel that this word is for you, then you need to renounce this sadness and ask the Lord for forgiveness.
If it was your mother who gave you this spirit without you knowing it, you can ask God for forgiveness on behalf of your mother, on behalf of your blood line, because someone has to ask for forgiveness.
If you are the one who opened the door for this deep sadness to enter and never fought against it, never resisted this sadness or didn’t know how to do it, I invite you now to repent for having opened that door, for having allowed yourself to be dominated by this sadness, and let it go. Tell the spirits of sadness to leave in the name of Jesus and repent for having allowed sadness to enter. Say: “Lord, set me free. I ask You to forgive me for whatever sins I commit while in this state of permanent sadness that is not legitimate. Heal me, Father. Deliver me in the name of Jesus. Heal my bones, Lord. Heal my joints, my muscles, my heart.”
The heart also suffers and gets sick when these uncontrolled emotions become entrenched and find a nest in our “heart,” that is, the deepest parts our soul. When the Holy Spirit speaks to me about the “heart” I see in a vision something like a core in the soul of a person that is in the middle of the body, in the chest. And these things, when they are not treated, remain to live in our heart and begin to grow roots. They attract other kinds of spirits that will strengthen one another, and it’s getting more and more difficult to escape this situation, and one enters a hamster wheel that cannot be stopped. But everything is possible for the one who believes. Praise the Lord!
The Holy Spirit is also telling me that many of you got used to living in this state. Not only that, but you became attached to these spirits, clinging to them. You embraced this sadness, this depression, this anguish, or some other kind of emotion. And many times, you feel, without realizing it, that if you let them go, you will be missing something, because you feel that you will change, that you won’t be the same anymore. Then you are afraid of this, you are afraid of not living with this sadness anymore.
Some use these uncontrolled emotions to manipulate others, in most cases without being aware of that. If when you feel sad you begin to play the victim to manipulate others so you will get the love you need, but in the bad way, I invite you to repent. What I’m saying sounds harsh, but these are things that are in our heart and that many times we cannot see, we don’t realize they are there, and the Lord will work much more gently in us because He loves us. He will refine us like the silver, seven times. If you want to be refined, I invite you to truly meditate on what I’m saying in the light of the Scripture. And then don’t stop there but deal with it in prayer with the Lord.
There are people who cling to their uncontrolled emotions and get used to living a certain way, without realizing that they are getting deeper and deeper into a dark pit, without realizing that they are sinking into quicksand, but so slowly that they are not aware of what’s happening. However, the enemy is working to get them to sink so much that it becomes harder and harder to escape and they get more and more used to living there. Sadness is producing its fruit in them, in their life and in their body, and is even being transferred from them to their children and grandchildren, from generation to generation, unless one takes control of this emotion, asks for forgiveness for this sin and shuts the door.
I’m seeing right now that there are people who know that this word is for them, especially women, but the enemy is making them feel uncomfortable so they won’t listen to what I’m saying, because if they did they would find freedom and the enemy would have to flee, because the Bible says (James 4:7): “Submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
If you obey what God says and resist these things, the enemy has no other option left but to flee from you, and he knows it. That’s why right now he is putting fear on you, and fear acts like a shield that prevents you from being free. But I invite you to renounce this fear in the name of Jesus. Open yourself and eat this word that I’m giving you today like fresh bread that will bring your deliverance, because the Bible says (Matthew 15:26) that deliverance is the bread of God’s children. And that’s what God want to give you to eat through this prophetic ministering.
If you’re feeling that fear is rising up within you, like the fear of losing something, put it away, exercise self-control, take control over this fear, bring it under subjection in the name of Jesus. Rebuke it, command it to leave you, renounce it, ask the Lord to set you free from it and to open your ears, your heart and your mind so these words will come into you and do their work, because the Bible says (Isaiah 55:11) that God’s word won’t return empty but will do what He wants.
The Holy Spirit is showing me that some people will be set free from these things while sleeping, things the Lord is revealing today that are found among His people. The Holy Spirit is telling me that many of you have chains and spiritual handcuffs, that you are bound by these emotions. You think you’ll never be able to take control over them. You’re saying: I’ve had this anger issue for so long, I’ve been walking in fear for so long, I’ve been depressed for so long that I’ve lost hope, that I feel I’ll never be free from these things, that I feel I’ll never be able to change.
But the Lord is saying: You forgot you have a mighty God who sets the captives free, who opens the doors of prisons to let the prisoners out, who heals every disease no matter how serious, who removes the shackles from the ankles of his people, who delivers from unclean spirits all affected organs, who heals the mind of those who have dementia. Nothing is impossible for Me, but you have to believe. You have to believe, because faith is what allows miracles to manifest in your life.
How many believe that the Lord is setting the captives free even today, that He’s doing all the things I’m saying? God’s people need to rise up in a greater faith than before. They need to ask God to increase their faith, because without faith it’s impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6), and everything is possible for one who believes (Mark 9:23).
The Spirit of God says: That’s why Jesus came, that’s why the Son of God left heaven, that’s why God was made flesh, the eternal Elohim, to manifest Himself among men with power and with glory, to break the chains off those who were bound, to renew all minds and set free captive minds. He came to give sight to the blind, to give freedom to those who were bound, to those who feel they are prisoners, including of their emotions.
He came to give us an example of how to walk, to teach us how to exercise self-control and not be dominated by anything, because, as the Word of God says, all things are permitted to me, but not all are profitable, all things are permitted, but I will not let myself be dominated by any of them, I will not let myself be dominated by any emotion that is rising up within me. I will walk by the spirit and not by the flesh.
The Lor is saying: How many believe I can perform miracles in your life? How many believe I can remove this angry spirit, this spirit of fury, of rage, of grudge and resentment, which is within you? How many believe that I can cleanse all hearts that open themselves to Me?
It’s through Your blood, through Your sacrifice, that we can be set free, Lord.
The Holy Spirit is showing me many homes full of strife, full of fights and discussions, full of competition, of jealousy, of bitterness, hearts that are bitter, sad, sick, angry. I’m talking about Christians who don’t know how to set limits to their emotions. I’m talking about Christians who are ignorant and don’t put a stop to these things, and the enemy comes in and lays mines in their home, their body, their life and their relationships.
And then they wonder: Why do I have problems in my marriage? Why can I not get along with my children? Why do I always fight with my mother, with my father? Why do I have problems with other believers in church? But the Holy Spirit already convicted you of these things and you ignored Him.
This is one more thing, one more key that God is giving us tonight: We need to listen more to the Holy Spirit when He convicts us of sin, because we grieve Him if we don’t, as the Bible says (Ephesians 4:30-31): “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and rage and anger and shouting and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.”
Many of you are so used to these things that you don’t even realize you’re grieving the Holy Spirit, and then you’re asking God: Why can’t I feel Your presence, Lord? Why can’t I feel the fire of the Holy Spirit? Why do I feel dry like a lamp that’s running out of oil? But you don’t realize that while perhaps you’re careful not to sin in other areas of your life, you’re sinning by allowing these things, grieving the Holy Spirit, and His manifestation is decreasing in your life. Joy, enthusiasm and praise are things that attract the manifestation of the Holy Spirit in our lives, but bitterness, anger, sadness, depression and other such things attract the manifestation of other kinds of spirits.
I want to back what I’m saying with Scripture. In 1 Samuel 16:23 we read: “Whenever the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, David took the lyre and played it with his hand. So Saul was refreshed and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him.”
Many of you have neglected to praise and worship God. You’ve forgotten how to laugh, to forgive, to be joyful through the Holy Spirit, and instead of attracting the presence of the Holy Spirit, of the angels of God in your life, you’re attracting other kinds of spirits, because all these things don’t work the righteousness of God.
And not working the righteousness of God will manifest what comes from the darkness, the evil things that are in the human heart. The evil spirits will be attracted and will come to oppress you, to confuse you, to bring you down, to frustrate you, to suppress you, and to do whatever they’ve been allowed to do. I want you to become more aware of these things.
Another point that will help us to deal with our emotions is to praise the Lord all the time. Especially when you feel that these emotions want to invade you and start running like a wild horse, begin to praise God. Decide to be joyful, whatever happens, and you will see how things begin to normalize, how things that were out of control will begin to get back on track, and that the anger that was rising within you will begin to subside and lose its strength, making room for forgiveness. Praising God is powerful.
The key for keeping one’s emotions in check is: Take control over them and don’t let them run like a wild horse, allowing yourself to be taken away by anger, by sadness or any other emotion that robs you of the fire of walking in the Holy Spirit.
Make an effort to calm the waters of your spirit when you feel they’re starting to get stirred up, when you feel you’re starting to lose control of the steering wheel of your character. Then you will be able to decide, through the power of decision that God gave you, to put a stop to what’s going on and calm the waters of your spirit.
Another point is to listen to the Holy Spirit when He is convicting us of sin. When we legitimately feel sad for something that happened to us that made us suffer or that is still making us suffer, it’s the Holy Spirit who will let us know that this sadness is lasting longer than permitted, that it’s turning into depression, that it’s taking roots in our heart, that we are getting used to it, that we’ve lost our joy and our praise in the process.
When these things happen, the Holy Spirit will normally convict us of them, will convict us that we are getting into sin when the sun goes down on our sadness, on our anger. It’s not just that we get angry over something legitimate, something that is unfair. It’s not a legitimate anger like Jesus had when He overturned the tables of the money changers. It’s not an ager that comes from God. It’s not a holy zeal, but an anger that comes from our flesh rather than from the spirit, and it’s turning into an uncontrolled anger, opening the door to resentment and unforgiveness.
We are finding it harder and harder to forgive. Instead of being more and more forgiving, our heart is becoming more and more resentful, more easily angered. Our waters are getting agitated more easily. The Holy Spirit will guide you and convict you, if you don’t shut the door to Him and if you don’t keep grieving Him, so that you will know you’re walking down a wrong path, stepping into sin, opening the door to the enemy.
Listen to the Holy Spirit. Learn to listen to Him, learn to follow His guidance, learn to understand when He is convicting us, and pay heed to Him right away, because otherwise these things will take root in our heart and will get stronger and stronger. You will get angrier and angrier, more frequently and more severely, and if you don’t forgive and deal with this emotion, this spirit will gain more strength within you, feeding on this habitual anger that you allow in your life.
Another point that the Holy Spirit is bringing to my mind is that for us to be able to dominate our emotions we need to be constant in prayer. The Bible says (James 5:13): “Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise.”
Keep in mind this key that the Bible gives us, and which we sometimes ignore. When one prays to God, he casts his burdens on God, takes off what he has on his back and puts it at the feet of the Lord. When one prays to God, he takes out what is in his heart and talks with a father that listens to his feelings, he takes out all the filth of pain, fear, depression, anger and doesn’t let them take root and live there.
That’s why it’s important to talk with God honestly about everything we go through, like a child with his father, talking like a friend with the Holy Spirit, confessing to Him how we are, telling Him: Lord, I’m feeling angry because this or that happened to me. Lord, this is what I’m going through. I’m feeling sad because of this or that situation. I’m feeling this or that.
We need to tell God how we feel, because all these things that are not addressed, that are not discussed with our Lord, remain within us, and these suppressed emotions will turn into stones in our heart, in our soul, generating emotional blockages. These become stumbling blocks not only for our relationship with God, but also with other people.
The key is to pray when we’re suffering or experiencing any kind of negative emotion. It’s important to express what we’re feeling so those things won’t remain stuck in our heart and form a crust around it. That’s why it’s so important to pray, to talk with God, expressing how we’re feeling, what we’re going through, as honestly as possible.
After we do it, after crying in God’s presence, confessing that we are angry and upset, or that we are depressed because of something, we will see that it’s much easier to forgive, and by forgiving many things will be set free. We will see that bitterness won’t be able to take root in our heart, because we make no room for it.
It’s very important to come before the throne of God with everything that is going on within us and talk with Him about it, telling Him everything and asking Him to cleanse us, renouncing everything that is not of Him, exercising self-control and putting a stop to all these things through the power of decision.
I’ll keep saying this again and again, because there are Christians who think that there are things that are not going to change, that there are things they will never be able to have control over. Through the Holy Spirit and through your decision it is possible. But the devil is lying to you, telling you that you’ll never be able to stop having an angry disposition, that you’ll never be able to stop being in this state of sadness, that you’ll never come out of depression, because you’ve been like that for so long, because that’s who you are.
But I want to tell you that it’s a lie, that the enemy has lied to you. Don’t believe him. Make a decision to believe the Lord and what the Bible says. Pray to God. Talk with Him. Tell Him how you are. Decide to put an end to the manifestation of this emotion that has been affecting you for so long not only in your soul but also in your body, this emotion that is destroying your relationships, that is taking away your peace.
When you pray, do it audibly, because words have great power. Many Christians don’t know that, and many churches are not aware of these things. They don’t speak, they don’t confess their sins, they don’t use their mouth to bring life into their lives instead of death.
The Lord is saying: When you go through difficult situations and feel you can’t take control over certain emotions, get deeper in Me, hold My hand tightly until the things that are shaking you come to an end. Don’t stop holding My hand tightly, says the Lord Jesus.
As I said before, emotions themselves are not a sin when and if they are expressed within God’s legitimate time, when and if they are legitimate and appropriate for the occasion that caused them, when and if they result in something good in your life, because many times we are sad and crying in God’s presence, and it’s not for a sin or something wrong we did. It’s perhaps because we feel broken, or we’re going through a time of mourning because someone died, or because we lost something o someone.
These are legitimate emotions. The problem is when we let these emotions manifest through our flesh, when we exceed the time allowed by God. That’s why the Bible says (Ephesians 4:26): “Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.”
Sometimes a person can feel very broken and sad, but it’s a sadness that comes from the Holy Spirit. It’s a legitimate sadness, it’s a necessary sadness that causes the tears that are kept inside to come out, and this is something good when it’s guided by the Holy Spirit. That’s why it’s important for those of us who are born again to understand by the Holy Spirit who guides us when it’s time to stop crying, when it’s time to stop being angry.
There is a holy anger, like the Lord had when He overthrew the tables of the money changers. There is a legitimate anger that is allowed and can come from the Spirit of God because of sin, because of injustice, but one has to learn how to walk in the Holy Spirit to discern when this anger comes from God and when it comes from the flesh.
The Bible says (2 Corinthians 7:10): “Godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret, whereas worldly grief produces death.” This is what I was referring to, that there is a sadness that comes from God, there is a legitimate sadness. When one repents, he is sad for a while because he becomes aware of the evil he committed. It’s a sadness that is necessary and good, that helps a person to change, to get renewed, to become clean.
There are legitimate tears. There is a legitimate anger. I hope this is clear. But there are also emotions that are out of control, and God’s people need to take control of things they think it’s impossible to control, because as I said, in these end times we live in, man’s wickedness will increase more and more, and this will be shown in the way people are, in their character.
We Christians will need more and more self-control over our emotions so we can shine in the darkness, because light will shine brighter and brighter in the midst of widespread darkness, in which evil will be much more evil, multiplied many times more than what we see now. And those of us who are of the light will be shining more brightly, if we keep holding Jesus’ hand, walking through the Holy Spirit, being light to the nations.
The Lord is showing me that there are many men who are driven by anger, who are hot tempered and irritable. There are also many women, Christian women, who are like that. The Bible says (Proverbs 21:19): “It is better to dwell in the wilderness than with a quarreling and angry woman.”
Even many Christian ministers, who minister to God’s people, are irritable and hurt God’s people, because instead of using the gifts of the Holy Spirit and conducting their ministry through the fruit of the Holy Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control—see Galatians 5:22-23), they do it through anger, strife, contention. They are hot tempered, quarrelsome, having an irritable character, and they greatly hurt God’s sheep.
The Holy Spirit is showing me many men, but this also applies to women, who are driven by a spirit of anger, and who are apostate, God tells me, who get angry out of everything, and their wives cannot say anything because they react badly. They sin with their tongue, because this spirit of anger manifests itself through the mouth, and that’s how sin is born. The Bible says (Proverbs 29:11): “A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man quietly holds it back.” God says here that everyone who loses his temper is a fool.
The Holy Spirit is inviting you right now, man of God, to become aware of that, and I’m telling you this with all respect, urging you in the Spirit with all the love of God, to think and meditate through the Spirit today, to reflect and consider that this angry behavior damages everything around you. It not only robs you of your peace and prevents you from seeing the glory of God in your life, because you’re grieving the Holy Spirit, but you’re also contaminating those around you through the angry words that come out of your mouth when you’re upset and don’t take control over them.
There are people who deeply hurt their own family members in their souls, plunging daggers in their heart, when they speak driven by anger. I’m seeing hurting children, full of daggers plunged in their heart by their parents, spiritually speaking, because their father or mother spoke to them driven by anger.
The Bible says (Ephesians 6:4) that the parents must not provoke their children to anger. However, many Christians don’t pay attention to this verse, to this commandment. On the contrary, they are transmitting them these spirits, they are teaching their children to be hot tempered like them, they are provoking their children and their wives to rebellion, because they are building an environment, an atmosphere of anger, of strife, of resentment, because the hearts of their children are getting filled with resentment because of these things.
If you never apologized to your children, the Spirit is calling you now to do it, for having treated them badly, for having allowed yourself to be driven by this spirit of anger, and He invites you to repent and turn away from this behavior and make a decision today. This is possible through the Holy Spirit.
Like other emotions, uncontrolled anger causes a lot of sickness. It’s a sin hidden under the carpet in the homes of Christians, and many times there is a lot of sickness in the homes of the children of God, and they don’t know why. They ask themselves: How can it be that my home is full of sickness, that so many bad things are happening regularly, when I’m supposedly walking in the ways of the Lord? But they don’t realize that many times it’s the anger-filled environment in their homes that doesn’t produce the righteousness of God.
The Bible says (James 1:19-20): “Let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” That is, when anger comes from our carnal self and not from God, when it’s not permitted by God, it doesn’t produce His righteousness, but only unrighteousness, and that’s a sin that opens the door to accidents, to sickness, to fights, do divisions, to conflicts, to divorces, and to many other things.
The Lord is warning today about these things that so easily entangle us in our walk with God, but He also gives us the key to understanding them, because many times Christians get sick, not only because of these things, because there are various other causes, as I showed in another video on my channel. Someone who lives in depression opens the door to sickness. Someone who is hot tempered, who doesn’t put a stop to anger, opens the door to sickness.
Someone who is constantly anxious and busy, working hard like Martha, opens the door to sickness, opens the door to problems, to mental confusion, and to many other things. These are things that creep in surreptitiously in our walk with God, but which in this time God wants to reveal, to bring light to His church to a greater extent than before, because in this time we are ready to receive this kind of words.
Those who are always anxious and worried are driven by fear, because there are hidden fears behind these emotions. They are like puppets controlled by fear and are so used to it that they don’t realize it, but it’s the enemy who controls such people through fear, which is manifested through worry and anxiety. And these things open the door for the enemy to work in the life of these people, leading to all kinds of consequences.
The Bible says (Luke 10:41): “The Lord answered her, ‘Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things.’” How many Marthas are in the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. How many people haven’t learned to let go of fear, of worries and cares. They live anxiously, worried about everything. Their mind doesn’t rest, and then they say, I have headaches, or their body begins to manifest these sins in various ways. They have throat pains, because that’s where fear finds and abode sometimes. They have stomach pains, because they are in a permanent state of tension because of their anxiety.
And these negative emotions manifest themselves in various parts of the body and they make us sick, and then you ask God: “Why have You abandoned me? Why have You allowed sickness to enter my life?” But you don’t realize it’s not God’s fault. It’s because you lack knowledge about these things. You lack self-control. You need to take in your hand the reins of your emotions, of your life. The Bible says (1 Peter 5:7): “Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.”
The Holy Spirit is speaking to me now, saying that as people get wilder, violence will increase. Their behavior will be like a mad dog let loose on the streets, who goes and kills whoever crosses its path, whether good or bad. The laws, the legislation, will deviate more and more from the laws of God, and people will feel no restraint anymore to show their true nature, to a greater extent than ever seen before on the earth.
And these unrestrained emotions will be very frequently seen in public: depressed people fallen on the ground, people crying at the street corners, angry and enraged people behaving violently against others, people who will spit on others just because they feel like, because the spirit of anger will manifest itself more freely than before. The restraint imposed by legislation that is in agreement with God’s laws will begin to disappear. People will have more freedom to sin, and part of this will have to do with unrestrained and wrong emotions that go against God’s righteousness.
The Holy Spirit is saying: These unrighteous people who don’t have the spirit of God will let their emotions run wild, like horses running around on the field, which no one can rein in, which no one can tame. They will run like wild horses, damaging everything in their path. My children, says the Lord, don’t be like that. Learn how to take control of your emotions. Don’t let your tongue loose, spewing out things that the devil wants to put in your hearts. If you are angry, learn to forgive fast. If you are sad, understand the times of God.
Get to know when to put a stop to that sadness and those tears, so that sadness won’t control you. Ask Me, says the Lord, if what you’re feeling and how intensely you’re feeling is good or not, because I’m still here to answer you. I’ve never left, and I’ll never leave. Keep looking at Me and ask Me: “Lord, is it good what’s happening to me? I’ve been feeling down for months now. What’s the reason? Have I opened any door, Father? Have I committed any sin that I can’t escape this pressure?”
The Holy Spirit is saying that there are emotions that put you under pressure. There are spirits of depression who literally come over people. They can be felt on their chest and don’t let them get out of bed. There are spirits that take people by the neck and throw them in bed so they can’t get up anymore. If they don’t understand that what’s happening to them is something spiritual, if they lack knowledge about these things, they won’t know how to defend themselves. If they don’t walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, they won’t be able to escape this captivity.
Cry out to Me, says the Lord. Cry out if you feel that this spirit of anger is driving you mad, if it causes the breakup of relationships you hold dear, if you see you hurt others through manifestations of your angry personality. Don’t stop getting on your knees before Me with crying and supplication, praying in sackcloth and with a broken attitude, crying in the spirit, that I may change you. I can turn an angry heart into a gentle heart, says the Lord. I can turn sadness into joy. I can take away this mantle of sadness and replace it with one of joy, says the Lord.
If you decide to depart from these things, to quit these sins, to stop allowing these things to control your life and steer your emotions, I will come with My oil to anoint you afresh with the oil of joy. Therefore, confess your sin to Me now, surrender to Me this part of your personality that you feel you cannot control, but which you can begin to master through the power of decision.
The enemy has lied to you, making you believe there is no hope for you, that you are never going to change, that that’s who you are. Lies from the devil. The enemy comes and talks to your ear, making you believe that there’s no hope for you, that there’s no remedy for you, that you’ll never be able to take control over what is hurting you inside, causing negative reactions in your character, which you feel sorry about later but the damage is already done, attitudes not compatible with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, attitudes not compatible with someone who walks in the Spirit, attitudes that hurt others, that make you feel oppressed, a prisoner of what you’re feeling.
Surrender it all to Me, says the Lord. Confess to Me with your mouth what is the problem that besets you, what is the part of your personality that is still in darkness, what is the emotion that is not tamed, and you will see My power manifesting in you, says the Lord.
I came to set the captives free, says Jesus, and this includes you. You too can claim this blessing, but it must come from you. You must take the initiative if you understood what the problem is, if you grasped what’s been happening to you. If this word penetrated your bones and entered deep in your heart, removing what was preventing you from seeing so it can be clear to you, you must now make a decision, says the Lord.
I want to see what you are going to do with this word, if you understood that I’m not pleased with an angry person, that I take away my Spirit from those who constantly cause strife, if you understood what kind of atmosphere you create around you, that you bring darkness to those around you through your unrestrained emotions that affect all those who get in contact with you. Or do you bring light, calm, peace and ease to the place you are?
If you exercise self-control, says God, when you step into a home, the peace of My spirit will change the atmosphere of that place. But if you are driven by a contentious spirit, not taking control of your emotions, that’s what you are going to transmit wherever you go, and the atmosphere around you will turn into darkness, and what this will bring won’t be good and won’t be something that comes from Me. So, My children, become aware of the importance of taking the reins of your heart. Slow down every car that is bound to crash into a wall.
How many of you want to change this situation? Because all those who lift up their hands and tell Me, “I, Lord. I, Lord. I want to receive Your peace. I want to learn how to take control over my emotions. I want to change, Lord. I want to walk in Your Spirit. I want to manifest the fruit of the Holy Spirit with all its virtues. I want to be kind, meek, gentle. I want to have a calm and peaceful spirit, Lord.”
To all those who ask Me, to all those who honestly admit they can’t change on their own, I’m going to answer. I’m just waiting for a heart that admits the need for its savior, a heart that admits it needs the power of the Holy Spirit to rein in these wild horses. I’m perfecting my own, says God. I’m refining them. I’m taking them to greater level of refinement. I’m transforming them into the image and likeness of My Son.
When Jesus walked on the earth, he walked in perfect self-control, he had all the reins in His hand. Nothing escaped His self-control. Nothing went beyond the allowed boundaries. He knew up to what point to manifest God’s anger. When His spirit was crying out of compassion for other people, He knew when to put a stop to those tears.
He manifested the sadness of the Holy Spirit when it came over Him, and His tears were flowing while praying in the garden of Gethsemane. He knew when this sadness came from the Spirit and not from His own flesh. He knew when to turn into a vessel so God could work through Him. The Lord had his senses developed. He had learned how to discern between a good and a bad anger, between a reasonable and an unreasonable sadness. He knew how to glorify God even through His emotions.
It’s the character of Christ that must be manifested in you, not the character of Satan. It’s His character that you have to allow to work in your hearts. Don’t allow the enemy to manifest through you. Don’t be vessels of iniquity, says the Lord. Don’t become instruments of iniquity. Don’t manifest the words that the devil wants to speak. Take control over every aspect of your personality. Don’t allow yourselves to be provoked.
Sometimes others try to provoke us and come like a dog barking at us to stir up our anger. In these situations we are being tested by God and He’s watching to see how we react, if we are intelligent enough to realize that we are being tested and to take control over the anger and the rage that want to rise up, over the desire to fight with the other person, to curse and hurt them with our words. He wants to see if we are able to dominate our character, to calm our spirit, and, through the wisdom that comes from God, to take control over that situation.
I test My own in many ways, says God. And one of these ways is through situations in which I can see how they manage their emotions. In a difficult situation in which the emotions want to rise up unjustifiably, I watch to see what decision My own make, if they turn to the right or to the left. I observe how My children react, but many sin and justify themselves, showing what’s in their hearts through wicked words, with hateful words, with resentful words. They let themselves be pulled back and thrown down. They become frustrated.
There are decisions that you make yourselves, whether to turn to the right or to the left, says the Lord, whether to get closer to the light or to the darkness, and you are the one who bears the consequences. Answer this call, My children, because wickedness will increase. It will rise like a mountain that reaches into the sky, says the Lord, and anger will also multiply, strife will multiply, pain and sorrow will increase, and you will have to be trained, knowing how to take control over your character, learning to manifest Christ in you, taking control over your flesh, learning to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and in His meekness.
Pay attention, My children, and understand that I’m refining a people who doesn’t know, who doesn’t understand, who doesn’t meditate over these things, who is not interested in knowing the depths of My Spirit to understand how the spiritual things work. I’m removing the veil from My people. I’m talking to them about things they cannot see so they will see them.
Pay attention to this call, says God, and make a new decision. Learn what it means to take control over your spirit and be the master of your emotions. Search the Scriptures. There is a lot of information in them to help you understand what I’m talking about, Says God. Eat this bread that I gave you so you can grow spiritually and become mature, so you will no longer be spiritual babies. Resist, says the Lord, resist. Resist when you see that an emotion is rising up, says the Lord, that it’s about to explode like a heated pressure cooker.
Pray and resist, says the Lord. Fast to weaken these spirits that grow stronger inside you every time you allow them free rein to manifest themselves. Praying and fasting are important for achieving self-control over your character, because many of these kinds of demons won’t come out if you don’t weaken them, if you don’t let yourself be broken, if you don’t humble yourself.
There is much pride behind anger, much pride behind depression, behind sadness, behind anxiety. Behind all these things there is much hidden pride that controls you like a puppet, says the Lord. That’s why you need to let yourself be broken, you need to cry out to Me, to bow down before Me and weep. You need to subdue your body through fasting.
You have to train like all athletes do if you want to run the race and make it to the end. You have to train in exercising self-control over your character. You have to train like I trained, says Jesus, every time I went alone to pray, to pour my heart before the Father, because self-control doesn’t come out of nothing. It comes through prayer, through fasting, through resisting.
Be intelligent, be smart for the good, quick to understand what I want to tell you, and put it into practice. Ask Me for counsel, says the Lord, ask Me for guidance, ask Me to give you light where you cannot see. My children, I love you. That’s why I give you this word, that’s why I’m calling you, so that the temper of My own will get better while that of the wicked is getting worse. You have to make a difference, says the Lord.
I’m calling you so I can manifest Myself in you. Make yourselves available as clean vessels in meekness, says the Lord, with a willing spirit, that the fruit of the Holy Spirit may be shown through you so that many can say: “I want what that person has. That person is different from others. There is nothing that can move him from his place. There is nobody who can provoke him. There is nobody who can make him lose his temper. He doesn’t get sad easily, without a real reason. I want to be like that person.” That’s where you need to arrive at, to be an example, to be a light to the nations, to display the character of the Holy One of Israel.
Forgive, says the Lord, forgive quickly, forgive as many times as you need to forgive. Don’t be stingy with forgiving and don’t be stingy with asking for forgiveness when you offend others. Learn to ask for forgiveness to those you offended or hurt because of your lack of self-control. Don’t be prideful. Break those barriers and ask for forgiveness to your wife whom you treated badly, to your children whom you abused verbally. Repent of these sins, because My angels are recording everything, says the Lord. Repent so I can erase these sins from the book.
Today I gave you a very large and valuable precious stone of great importance. Today I gave you information that is like a gold bar. Today I talked to you about things that are not normally talked about, says the Lord. Today I opened the understanding of many of My own so they can know what is happening in their homes. It was Me who spoke to you today through this daughter of Mine, says the Lord, to make you understand that you need to pay attention, that you need to be careful with these things that are harder to recognize in your character.
Pay heed, My children, take notes, says the Lord. Study, investigate, ask Me, and I will make you see what cannot see today. Ask Me to set you free, because I want to set you free. Resist the evil in you or the evil that wants to provoke you, and he will flee from you. But be firm, resist the enemy firmly, not allowing him to manifest himself in you or through you the way he wants.
Learn to dominate your waters when they get stirred up. Self-control is what I’m looking for in My own, and it’s so valuable to Me. Great wisdom has he who takes control of his character, he who knows how to control his spirit. Ask Me for wisdom, wisdom that comes from above and which is opposed to any uncontrolled emotion, because he who has wisdom has a weapon to use against these things.
I love you, My children. I love you and I hold you in My hand, and I’m working in you out of love for you, and I’m showing you what you cannot see because I love you, says the Lord. No matter how much this word hurts you and permeates your bones, understand that it’s for your good. Understand that it’s going to bless you when you learn to tame what is now running wild. I want to bless you. That’s why I want you to shut the doors in your home, doors that are open to the enemy, and which many were not aware of until today. Amen.
Glory to the Lord for this amazing word He gave us. In this time of social upheaval, in which sin and evil manifest with greater intensity, the Lord has spoken powerfully. The Spirit is convicting many of you who are not aware of these things. Remember that it’s not about suppressing or hiding your emotions, but about keeping them under subjection through the Holy Spirit. The Bible says (Ephesians 5:15): “Be very careful how you conduct yourselves, not as fools but as wise.”
Another recommendation that I want to share with you, which the Holy Spirit gave me, is: Separate yourself from anything that stirs up painful emotions in you. If you feel that certain people or situations tend to cause your emotions to get out of hand, while you still have your emotions under control move away from these situations if possible or from those people who don’t help you in your walk, so that you can achieve control over your emotions and become mature in this area.
There are people who are stumbling blocks in your life. If you pray to the Lord, He may reveal to you if the time has come to put an end to a relationship and move on. There are people who provoke you to anger, people who instead of helping you be more cheerful, which is also an emotion, provoke you to more sadness. There are people who tend to pull you down, people who speak from a bitter heart.
Ask God if it’s not the time for you to get closer to people who can help you in this area rather than to people who are stumbling blocks to you, people who complain a lot, people who speak contentious words, who cause you to fall back in this area instead of getting better and better. In that’s the case the Holy Spirit tells me: Separate yourselves from everything that stirs up painful emotions or other wrong things.
Glory to God for these tools He gave us today. Another key that I want to give you is that if you keep yourself in obedience to the Lord, serving Him in the little things – It doesn’t have to be something big, but whatever He called you to, from raising your kids, serving your husband, working for your wife, to having a ministry within a congregation or the larger body of Christ, or anything else – if you keep yourself in obedience to God and resist the enemy while serving God, the Lord will take it upon Himself to help you with the strength you need and to give you the wisdom to improve in this area, that of the emotions.
He will take it upon Himself to deliver you in the area you need deliverance. He will take it upon Himself to heal you while you go about His business in whatever He asks you to do. If you look after His things, He will look after yours and He will deliver you, He will heal you, He will strengthen you, He will get you out of all depression, of all distress, of all sadness, He will improve your character, He will remove that spirit of anger you’ve been struggling with for so long now that you’ve become aware of it.
In conclusion, serving God in whatever He calls us, taking care of His things and His business will get God to set us free in our walk without us asking for it. This can happen through someone else or through a dream or through any means He wants. These are keys, clues, tips that the Holy Spirit gave us so we can know how we need to work in this area.
That was all for today. I hope this prophetic teaching edified many of you. If you need, you can watch/read it again. You can search more Bible verses to help you in this area, which will confirm what the Holy Spirit spoke through me today. Glory to God for everything He did, for the amazing word He gave us. Praise the Lord. Be cheerful, joyful and content at all times, through all trials, in the Holy Spirit of God. I love you and send you a big hug from Argentina. Glory to God!
